User Data Deletion

You can request deletion of any personal information Blindspot Audits holds about you, including data collected through our website, intake forms, audit submissions, or any platform you have authorized us to access (such as Meta, Google, Shopify, Klaviyo, or analytics tools).

How to request deletion

Send an email to team@blindspotaudits.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

Please include in the body of your email:

• Your full name
• The email address you used with us
• Your company or brand name (if applicable)
• Any specific platforms or accounts you connected to us (Meta, Google, Shopify, Klaviyo, etc.)

Response timeline

We acknowledge every request within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days of receiving your request. If we need to retain limited records to comply with legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention obligations, we will explain what is kept and why.

What gets deleted

• Your contact information and intake form submissions
• Audit deliverables and any associated notes
• Tokens and credentials granting us read-only access to your platforms (we revoke access on our side; you should also revoke from each platform directly)
• Marketing and analytics records tied to your email

Revoking platform access directly

You can also revoke our read-only access at any time from inside each platform's settings (for example, Meta Business Settings, Google Ads account access, Shopify Apps, or Klaviyo API keys). Revoking access stops future data flow immediately; emailing us also removes historical records from our systems.
