NOTICE AT COLLECTION Effective Date: August 23, 2026 Version: 1.2 Blindspot Audits LLC ("Blindspot Audits") collects the following categories of personal information when you submit a form or connect a platform on our website: • Identifiers: name, email address, company name, website URL, role/title, Shopify store domain. • Internet Activity: IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages visited, UTM parameters. • Professional Information: role, job title, company details, marketing tools used, monthly advertising spend range, product category. • Commercial Information (via authorized platform access only): aggregated order, product, inventory, advertising, and analytics data from platforms you connect (e.g., Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Northbeam, Triplewhale, Klaviyo). Access is read-only and used solely to produce your audit. Commercial information also includes aggregated business and marketing metrics submitted through our API or MCP preview service under an API key, used solely to produce preview findings and, in de-identified aggregated form, to maintain internal benchmarks. We collect this information for the following purposes: • To evaluate your audit request and determine eligibility. • To communicate with you about your request and provide the audit. • To improve our services and website. • To comply with legal obligations. Where you separately opt in on our intake form, we may also use anonymized, aggregated findings derived from your audit in Blindspot's published research. Your brand is never identified. This opt in is optional and is not required to receive an audit. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act / California Privacy Rights Act.
